Food Safety Program Development

Training Program
Training is key to making your program run successfully. Our team training program ensures complete understanding for your team while answering big questions like, "why is this important to me, my job and the people consuming the food we are producing?"
We work one on one with staff members either on-site or through video chat to setup up protocol and training that makes sense to the individual's department.
During the setup of up training we like to work from the floor level to the top to ensure the messaging needed to make procedures work is implemented in an attainable way. This means we roll up our sleeves and see what's happening on the floor, so procedures can actually be followed.
When creating training protocols it's very important that we collaborate with your employees, so that they feel connected to the work that is being setup for them.
Internal Audits and 3rd Party Audits
Our certified team provides quarterly internal audits to ensure complete awareness of the food practices that are being followed and address areas that need improvement. By using a third party that is certified to do this, it gives a fresh pair of eyes on your system.
Each section is placed on a calendar and on a quarterly basis we will audit 8 to 10 sections of your standard unannounced or announced to ensure we are getting a good snap shot on the procedures and practices being followed.
Full detailed audit summary report will be given for each quarterly audit and training will be scheduled for areas of improvement to be performed by our team or yours.
